Shipping policy
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes, including combining orders, adjusting order details, or modifying shipping information. Orders in transit cannot be adjusted by our team. If you need to cancel an order, please contact the VanRainTerra Support Team immediately through our website’s chat feature. We will do our best to stop the order before it is prepared, but once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage and does not include USPS Priority or UPS. Orders must total $75 or more after discounts are applied to qualify.
Shipping to Canada:
Shipping is available to Canada; however, VanRainTerra is not responsible for any duties or fees associated with Canadian orders.
Shipping Estimates and Tracking:
Shipping prices are based on USPS, UPS, and DHL estimates. All orders include tracking details and delivery confirmation, provided an email address is entered during checkout.
Order Processing:
We aim to process orders within 7 business days (Monday–Friday). Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS or UPS.
Temperature-Sensitive Products:
Our products contain oils, butters, and waxes that may melt in high temperatures. Please consider this when ordering during warmer months and ensure your package is sent to an address where it can be collected promptly. During winter, liquid products may freeze. If this occurs, rest assured the formula will remain the same after thawing and can still be used.
Eco-Friendly Packaging:
We use environmentally friendly materials to ship all orders.
Local Pick-Ups
We offer a local pick-up option at our Hampstead, NC, location for orders placed online. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a notification that it is ready for pick-up. We kindly ask that you collect your order within 30 days. If it’s not picked up within that timeframe, the items and payment will be returned to the custody of VanRainTerra.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Shipping Insurance:
VanRainTerra offers Sustainability & Coverage from Corso as shipping protection. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen and you have purchased this coverage, you may file a claim through Corso to receive a reorder or a refund. Please contact info@vanrainterra.com for assistance with these claims. Be sure to include your order details and any necessary photos of damaged items to complete the claim.
If shipping protection is not purchased at checkout, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost, damaged, or undelivered packages.
Address Issues:
VanRainTerra is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee to resend the package. If a refund is preferred, the items are subject to a restocking fee, and shipping fees and rewards points used will not be refunded.
If there is no response to our attempts to resend the package within 30 days of receiving it back, the items and payment will be returned to the custody of VanRainTerra.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
VanRainTerra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address entered during checkout. Upon inquiry, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information for customers to follow up with the shipping carrier directly.
